DEAD ON ARRIVAL POLICY:

If your new purchase arrives DOA, let us know within the hour of arrival by

Please email us photo of the specimen, on a piece of paper, paper towel, or anything similar (out of water). Do not throw away the order until directed by us.

Also include any relevant information such as, but not limited to, package condition, water temperature or anything else that may have impacted the health of your marine life. Then you may let us know if you'd like your money refunded or kept as store credit. Shipping costs are not refunded.

14 DAY GUARANTEE:

If your order does not survive 14 days from time of arrivalm please contact us by email as soon as possible. Please email us photo of the specimen on a piece of paper, paper towel, or anything similar (out of water). The photo is necessary to receive credit. Do not throw away the order until directed by us.

You will receive store credit or replacement of your order. Shipping costs are not refunded

The 14 day guarantee carries the following conditions:

"Advance/Expert" only fish/invertebrates come with a live arrival guarantee only. Do to their delicate nature and care, it does not allow us to offer the 14 day guarantee. 

"Corals" come with a live arrival guarantee only. Do to their delicate nature and care it does not allow us to offer the 14 day guarantee.

. Items that have been damaged due to the nature of your tank are not covered, such as, but not limited to, aggressive fish and other pre-existing conditions.

. Shipping costs are not included.

. Failure to accept package on first delivery attempt voids both Live Arrival and 14 Day Guarantee.
